  • I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from implementing my recommendations.
  • No guarantees or warranties are made regarding crop yield improvements, financial returns, or risk mitigation.

All client information, including farm data and business details, is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Reports, recommendations, and data analysis provided by IPA Consulting remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
